FACTS ABOUT OUR ODORLESS NATURAL MINERAL HOT SPRINGS
Our five swimming pools and therapy pools (spas) are supplied with natural odorless hot mineral water from our own well.
Each pool has its own thermostat to monitor the temperature and supply hot water as it’s needed.
The well is over 180 feet deep and water is pumped out at 140 degrees, reaching our pools at 120 degrees before mixing with domestic water to maintain a prescribed temperature. We pump as much as 30,000 gallons per day. This is another advantage of natural hot water, as the water is always fresh and constantly changing.
The therapy pools get a complete change of water several times per day and the swimming pools several times per week.
In many parts of the country, mineral hot springs have a bad odor from sulfides, which have no therapeutic value. Ours have NO sulfides.
