The 2,700-acre property includes private residences, two Jack Nicklaus golf courses, a 10-court Punta Mita Tennis Club, and two luxury hotelsโ€”the 173-room Four Seasons and the 120-room St. Regis, each with its own amenities like pools, spas, and dining options. The Four Seasons, opened in 1999, offers Mexican-style casitas with terraces or balconies, while the St. Regis, opened in 2008, features Mediterranean-Mexican styled rooms with ocean or garden views. Both resorts provide access to extensive recreational and dining facilities, with the tennis club managed by the Four Seasons but open to all guests.

The tennis and pickleball club, led by Peter Burwash Internationalโ€™s Miguel Lopez, features five hard courts, four artificial grass courts, and four permanent pickleball courts. Originally from Guanajuato, Mexico, Lopez played for Limestone College in South Carolina, where he captained the team and earned MVP and Sportsmanship Awards. After competing in Futures and Challengers events, he coached varsity tennis at ITESM TEC in Monterrey before joining PBI in 2012. At Punta Mita, he offers adult and junior clinics, Cardio tennis, game-matching services, and a round-robin mixer.

With water on three sides, guests at both the Four Seasons and St. Regis resorts are always close to the beach, with the Four Seasons facing the Pacific and the St. Regis on Banderas Bay. The resort features two Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses: the Pacifico Course with its unique "Tail of the Whale" 19th hole and the challenging Bahia Course with ocean-bordering holes. The Four Seasonsโ€™ Apuane Spa offers treatments inspired by local Huichol traditions, along with a well-equipped fitness center. Guests can enjoy watersports, guided hikes, and yoga, while children aged 4-12 can participate in the complimentary Kids For All Seasons program.
