Bardou Tennis Competition is a high performance training center that works all of the stages of a tennis player starting from the base to the elite and also combines tennis and educational training of its athletes. The Bardou Academy is a high-performance training center that works all the stages of the player’s pyramid and combines tennis training and education of its students. Our weekly high performance tennis program is aimed at all tennis levels and ages, throughout all the year. At the Bardou-Saez Academy we take into account the needs of each player and give a personal attention to them.
At the Bardou Academy they learn and deepen in the 4 basic pillars of tennis: Tactical, Technical, Physical and Mental. This 4 pillars are adapted to each level of our tennis players by different exercises.
In our daily, weekly, monthly and annual programs, as well as in the stages we work every day specific areas of the court and evaluate the player´s progression, throughout the weeks, with our exclusive control system. Strategy program for adults: advanced level
