Founded by Larry Jurovich and fellow tennis enthusiasts, The Tennis Centre has expanded from its first Surrey facility in 2014 to include locations in Coquitlam (2017) and Langley (2021), now boasting 17 indoor courts, six outdoor clay courts, and six outdoor hard courts across three facilities. With 30 years of industry experience, Larry brings unparalleled expertise in player development (coaching athletes to Grand Slam competitions), coach education (designing programs for Tennis Canada and the UK’s Lawn Tennis Association), and program development (supervising high-performance networks internationally). The Tennis Centre represents Larry and Heather’s vision to transform the region’s tennis culture from an exclusive “country club” model to an accessible community resource with comprehensive programming delivered by Western Canada’s most qualified coaching staff.

The Tennis Centre features a diverse playing environment with six indoor hard courts and six outdoor clay courts to accommodate all preferences and playing styles. Their comprehensive programming serves all ages and abilities, from beginners learning fundamentals to competitive players refining advanced techniques through structured Learn, Practice, and Play formats. They foster a supportive tennis community where junior players progress from introductory skills to tournament competition while adults benefit from targeted instruction, challenging drills, and organized social play opportunities. The Centre's progressive approach ensures every player finds their path to improvement, whether seeking recreational enjoyment or competitive development.
