COMPETITION TEAM
We have developed a โรรบCompetition Schoolโรรน group within the MSCยฌโ made up of promising young tennis players in Marrakech with interesting potential for progression with a competitive perspective.
We have set up a collective but also individual and personalized training program. During the week, the players benefit from tennis training but also a physical part. The objective is that our young people are in the best possible conditions to approach their competitions.
Trips outside the MSC are supervised by our teachers and set up to create a real feeling of belonging to a team with its own identity and rules.
A Tournament tour in France has been set up each summer since 2011.
The TEAM now has 16 Players.
The physical preparation part is taken care of by a former Moroccan athletics champion.
Around them and trained by them, a team of quality coaches has been put in place to ensure that the teaching meets our ambitions.
These players embody the sporting potential of the academy. They are distinguished by their levels but are united in their ambitions.
Each group, according to their ages, brings together players with solid achievements.
Groupe Avenir, to train future pearls, the hope pole to train future competitors, the COMPETITION TEAM to train future champions.
The undoubted talent of some children has shown the importance of creating this independent operating group.
We want to give them a chance to reach the highest level. In addition, the MSC sets up detections within the tennis school to identify the best elements of each age category.
It is, therefore, about:
โรยข Train competitive players in national events of their age categories
โรยข Improve the Moroccan and international ranking of the selected players
โรยข Facilitate the dual sport and school project
Several evaluation criteria are necessary to integrate a player into the elite group:
โรยข national ranking (current level of play)
โรยข intrinsic qualities (technical ease, athletic quality, the vision of the game, reflex, speed, and explosiveness)
โรยข school curriculum (level, evolution)
โรยข determination of the child (will, desire, interest, attention)
โรยข parental validation (the child’s plan)
โรผฯ maximum number of players for the formation of the group: 4 players
The evaluation is based on the group’s attitude, the progress made, the quality of work, and the respect of schedules …
