Nice Tennis Academy is a tennis training center located in Nice and reserved for players wishing to progress through a competition and training program.
Based on an annual competition schedule which is defined at the start of the year and revised at the end of each quarter, a lot of physical work is put in place at the start of the season, from September to February, under the direction of Frโยฉdโยฉric Descamps (physical trainer for several professional players) in the form of specific physical preparation sessions or integrated physical preparation, on the field.
The frequency of tennis training is determined according to individual needs and the budgets they wish to devote to it. The alternation of group sessions between players and individual sessions with a staff coach to ensure the efficiency and success of this training center, ideally located in Nice on the Cโยฅte d’Azur.
