Tennis and Wine Camps Walla Walla

Walla Walla Valley, known for its vineyards and designated as an American Viticultural Area (AVA), is home to more than 120 wineries. Tennis & Wine Camps, held over four days, combine tennis instruction with vineyard tours, wine tastings, and winemaker dinners, benefiting the Whitman College tennis program. Mornings focuses on tennis led by top coaches, including Greg Patton, a U.S. Tennis Association National Coach, with a games-based approach. Afternoons feature guided vineyard tours and winemaker dinners paired with local wine in the evenings.

Boise State men's coach Greg Patton, who has trained stars like Pete Sampras, Michael Chang, and Jim Courier, leads the camp. He is joined by Whitman College coaches Jeff Northam and John Hein. The camp includes 12 hours of group instruction on Whitman College's 6 outdoor and 4 indoor courts.

Tennis and Wine Camps include tennis instruction, meals, wine, and local transportation. Special rates are available at two nearby hotels: the historic Marcus Whitman Hotel and The Finch.

Open year-round, the campus is conveniently located just five minutes from Walla Walla Regional Airport (ALW), which is served by Horizon Air from Seattle. For broader flight options, Tri-Cities Airport (PSC) in Pasco is 45 minutes away.
