Seascape Resort consists of four midrise towers and scattered homes and condos around tennis courts, a golf course, and a lake. While the beach is across the road, it’s accessible via an elevated footpath. The resort’s main draw for tennis players is Fernando Guarachi, a dedicated pro with over 35 years of experience. He manages the eight clay courts and has built a loyal following, along with a successful junior program producing nationally ranked players.

Seascape offers a diverse tennis program under Fernando Guarachi, featuring adult clinics, Cardio tennis, drill sessions, and various junior programs, including clinics, an academy, and parent-child round robins. In summer, they also host a junior tennis camp. The resort's social round robins are open to all, even non-guests, and attract top local juniors. The tennis complex includes eight clay courts, with six at the main center and two near the golf clubhouse.

A walkway over Old Highway 98 offers access to the resort's 2,000 feet of white-sand beach. The resort features an 18-hole, par 71 golf course and several swimming pools, including the largest near the tennis complex. Bike rentals are available, and dining is accessible via an elevated path to the Gulf-front Whaleโ€™s Tail Beach Bar & Grill, open for all meals.

The resort offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom condos, with options in beachside towers or low-rise units near the tennis courts and golf fairways. Pet-friendly accommodations are available.

Seascape Resort is open year-round. Nearby airports include Destin-Fort Walton Beach (VPS), Pensacola Regional (PNS), and Northwest Florida Beaches International (ECP) in Panama City, all about an hour away. Rental cars are available at all three airports.
