Travelers' Rest Resort mission is to be a thriving 55+ resident owned financially stable RV and manufactured home community which provides an exceptional living experience.
Our vision is to be a premier resident owned destination community with an atmosphere where people desire to live either year-round or seasonal.
Travelers Rest RV Resort and Golf Course are located 3.5 miles from Interstate 75 at exit 293 (old exit 60). Twelve miles from historic Dade City and 35 miles northeast of Tampa. Travelers Rest is surrounded by horse farms, cattle ranches, and citrus groves in the picturesque rolling hills of Central Florida. Travelers Rest RV Resort and Golf Course is owned and operated by its stockholders and was conceived and built by Airstream volunteers in 1972.

It continues the volunteer tradition by offering many activities that are open to all. Residents are urged to participate and share their knowledge and/or expertise in any area of interest. If any are not sure where they should volunteer, they should call the Activities Director, who will be more than happy to discuss the options.
