Founded in 2010 by tennis coach Rene Gomez, his wife Leslie, and her son Chase Muma, Gomez Tennis Academy is a boutique training facility in Naples, Florida. The academy’s philosophy centers on commitment, consistency, and individualized instruction. They maintain a year-round schedule with consistent training intensity, ensuring players develop through dedicated effort. Each player receives personalized training tailored to their unique skills and goals, led by Rene Gomez and his experienced coaching team.

Gomez Tennis Academy's training focuses on improving all aspects of a player's game, including technique, footwork, movement, and strategy. With a 4:1 player-to-coach ratio, the coaching staff provides personalized attention through live ball practice, match play, and drills, along with mental training and fitness. The academy operates year-round, maintaining a consistent schedule of training Monday through Saturday. Full-time players receive 38 hours of combined tennis and fitness training each week.

The facility features five Har-tru clay tennis courts and three hard court tennis courts, with five courts equipped with lighting for play in the morning or evening.

Full-time Academy players can board at the academy residence, which includes accommodations, three daily meals, the tennis program, and local transportation. Evening and weekend activities may include trips to the beach, movies, malls, and sporting events.
