Tennis Holistic® embraces all areas related to the training of an Athlete, always bearing in mind that what we intend to do is help the latter to identify himself on all levels, from technique to strategy, from athletics to psychology, etc. By agonist we mean a player at the first experience of competitions or who begins a growth path through sport, setting more targeted goals. By agonist, we also mean the Professional.

Tennis Holistic® , in addition to offering a panorama of Bio-Natural Disciplines that act as an accompaniment to the Athlete, provides a teaching that gives space to Listening, Sensations, Emotions, Imagination, Color, Experience, Choices spontaneous, Intuition, etc.

The Tennis School Programming offers 4 Technical Levels. Each Learning Level has subjective integration times and depending on the chosen Training Program (number of hours of group or private training, coaching, physical preparation, etc.). In general, the first 2 Levels are integrated from two to 4 years, the 3rd and 4th Technical Levels are the most complex and may require several years of practice.
Since 2012, an agreement has been signed with Bocconi Sport Team (the company that manages the sports activities of the Bocconi University of Milan), which provides for concessions in the Academy fees for all Bocconi Sport Team members; our staff takes care of the training of the teams participating in international championships and tournaments.

Since 2016 we have been selecting the best athletes in the province of Milan who represent CUS Milan (Milanese University Sports Center) at the Italian University Championships.
The Accademia Sport Olistico® proposes and promotes the Bio-Natural Disciplines (Meditation, Reiki, Coaching, Kinesiology, Flower Therapy, etc.) at the Scuola il Tempio in Imbersago (Lecco), offering athletes a path of Wellness and Evolution. Our Tennis School is recognized nationally and internationally for the philosophy and the fundamental methodology of which we are pioneers, namely Sport and Holistic Tennis ®.
