The centerpiece of our beautiful resort features a gem of a swimming pool, a hot tub and a covered patio for relaxing.
Our Grand Lodge is the place to be for Monday Morning Coffee where find out about the upcoming activities. It’s the busiest place in the resort most days with line dancing, aerobics, ukulele practice, or a dance. Our commercial kitchen is the heart of many a party. The Grand Lodge is within a circle in our core facility where you will find:
Game and card rooms/pool and billiards tables/a resident-managed library;
In our craft building, a sewing and quilting room/ pottery workshop with kiln/ and a state of the art lapidary and silversmith workshop;
A large, comfortable laundry/ fitness center / men’s and women’s locker rooms with steam and sauna / our computer lab and / beauty barber shop;
Lying just beyond the buildings are up-to-date Tennis and Pickleball courts, Shuffleboard and Bocce ball courts, Horseshoe pits and a Croquet lawn. Surrounding it all, with its immaculately groomed fairways and greens, a beautiful private executive golf course with its own pro shop and manager.
If all of that is not enough to keep you busy, JRR residents have unlimited access to the White Mountain Lake Recreation Area with a nearby lake for boating and fishing.
Dogs are welcome at Juniper Ridge Resort as long as they are good neighbors.
Juniper Ridge is a gated community, with volunteer gate hosts posted seasonally during the day, and open only by private code after hours. We have AED heart defibrillators readily available to all with a team of residents trained in their use, as well as CPR. The White Mountain Lakes Fire Department watches out for us with visits weekly for free blood pressure checks. Summit Hospital is located nearby in Show Low.
