This is a family-owned private 18 acres fitness/racket court facility whose mission is to foster a sense of fellowship through fitness, health, and happiness. The membership is open to all in the community but capped to maintain that sense of family and assure maximum enjoyment without overcrowding.

Christine Beaudin retired from the corporate world in 2009 and began her new journey into the fitness world. During these past 10 years, she received her 1st DAN Black Belt through the discipline of Shotokan Karate, earned silver ranking status in ballroom dancing, and achieved a 4.5 rating in competitive USTA league tennis. Through helping others in the community, she realized her training in all of these disciplines was an effective tool in helping others accomplish the fitness they desired in a fun and safe environment.
