Nestled beneath stunning basalt cliffs, Smokiam RV Resort is located on the northern shore of Soap Lake, Washington. Many centuries ago, a mineral lake formed by glaciers, Soap Lake — known as “Healing Waters” or Smokiam to the local Native Americans — was renowned for its mineral water and smooth, black mud. Since the beginning of the twentieth century, it has been a healing spa destination and served WWI veterans recovering from pulmonary disorders.

Smokiam RV Resort builds on that healing tradition by providing a family-friendly resort where all can rest and rejuvenate. Complimenting the area’s natural beauty is the resort’s many amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tubs, a recreation clubhouse, 900 feet of beach front, and more. We welcome vacationers from all over the world, as we are close to many great Eastern Washington landmarks. We are a short drive to the Gorge Concert venues and the Crescent Bar area.
