Alarcon formed and developed the First Padel “Team USA” for juniors that competed in two world championships and the Pan-American Games. Beyond his athletic abilities, Alarcon is passionate about growing the game at all levels of play, especially at the youth level.
The architect of a successful and long professional padel career in his native country of Argentina, Alarcon has spent the last decade building awareness for the sport while identifying and training the next generation of U.S.-based world-class padel players.
