The Inn boasts one of Vermont's largest tennis facilities, featuring six clay and four outdoor hard courts, plus two indoor hard courts. Located 1.4 miles from the Inn, the expansive Athletic Club offers a fitness center, indoor lap pool, and various amenities. Tennis Director Adri Atkinson, originally from South Africa, oversees programs that include clinics, round robins, and cardio sessions. Court fees are $32 per court for guests, with higher rates for non-guests.

The Inn features Vermont's oldest golf course, established in 1895 and redesigned by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. in the 1960s. The course is a 6,000-yard, Par 70 layout with scenic views and challenging hazards. The 10,000-square-foot spa offers Vermont-inspired treatments in a bright, airy space. Additional amenities include a fitness center with basketball and volleyball courts, Orvis fly-fishing lessons, a school of falconry, and nearby activities like biking, hiking, and skiing. Outdoor tennis is available from mid-May to October, depending on the weather. The Inn is located about 20 minutes from Lebanon Municipal Airport (LEB) in New Hampshire, offering commuter flights from Boston, New York City, and Burlington, VT.
