The oldest and most prestigious club in the Czech Republic was founded in 1893 and is located right in Prague’s center on Stvanice Island. The Czech Lawn Tennis Club is easily accessible from underground or by car, where parking is always available. The club has 16 outdoor courts for summer, of which three can be lit at night and 10 indoor courts in winter (8 hard courts and 2 clay courts). The central court has the capacity of 8 000 seats.

An outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center and a unit with sauna, whirlpool and a massage service, are available to all our members. With a large outdoor terrace, the restaurant is a social space not only after your sport activities, but it also hosts a number of events and gatherings for the club and other business and private functions.

At the reception, court bookings are made for our members and the public and private classes with professional tennis coaches. Every year, a number of sport and social activities are organized for our members and our yearly Club Day Event, where you can participate in a double’s tennis tournament or enjoy the barbecue party in the evening.

Our club functions as a meeting space for people who share similar interests can bump into many well-known people from the political and cultural world. Reservations for outdoor tennis courts, for the public, can be made during weekdays only until 3 p.m., and at any time during the weekends.
