This unpretentious mid-island resort is known for its affordable prices and excellent tennis programs. The tennis hub, a wood-frame pro shop/fitness center, overlooks 10 hard courts arranged in pairs near the tennis villas. While amenities are limited, the resort boasts the island’s largest pool, bike rentals, a summer children’s program, and three dining options. Accommodations include condos in four-story buildings by the beach or near the tennis center.

Denny and Tanda Bianco, who managed the former Port Royal Racquet Club from 1985 to 2018, now run the tennis operation with six hard tennis courts and 12 dedicated pickleball courts. Both former college players, they are known for their exceptional people skills and dedication to meeting the needs of every tennis and pickleball player. Their enthusiasm for helping others is truly infectious.

This resort focuses on beach and tennis, but also features the island's largest pool, set behind the dunes with a broad deck. Additional amenities include bike rentals, a summer children's program, a fitness center, and three dining options.

The condos are located in four-story buildings near the beach or in three-story buildings close to the tennis center.

The resort is open year-round. It is 45 miles from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) and 95 miles from Charleston International Airport (CHS), both served by major airlines. Hilton Head Island Airport (HHH) also offers commuter flights via Charlotte, NC. Rental cars and shuttles are available at all three airports.
