Four pickleball/tennis courts are available, with a $5 daily use fee for non-MeadowCreek residents. Group play is held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11 am, and the public is welcome to sign up.

MeadowCreek Golf Resort, situated 3,868 feet above sea level, offers views of Granite Mountain and Brundage Mountain Ski Area, with a golf course winding through Ponderosa pines and meadows. Amenities include a heated swimming pool, cafe, snack bar, BBQ facilities, tennis and pickleball courts, an 18-hole golf course, driving range, practice green, and chipping area. Guests also have access to forest-service roads for off-road vehicles and mountain bike trails.
