When Omni took over the resort, they revitalized the tennis program by bringing in the Cliff Drysdale Tennis group to manage daily tennis activities and camps for adults and juniors. Led by director Rob Wright, an experienced LTA-certified pro from the UK, the program now features daily themed clinics, drill sessions, Cardio tennis, social round robins, and junior programs, including after-school and summer camps. The resort also offers 2- and 3-day customizable tennis packages, along with special retreats for ladies and doubles teams. Racquet Park boasts 23 Har-Tru courts, including 3 with lights, and 7 pickleball courts set among shady live oaks.

The resort's beach, framed by natural dunes up to 50 feet high, extends along the island, with boardwalks providing access to the Atlantic. Amelia Island offers 36 holes of Audubon-certified golf, including the scenic Long Point course by Tom Fazio and the challenging Oak Marsh course by Pete Dye, along with the 10-hole Little Sandy course around Red Maple Lake. The 13,000-square-foot Spa & Salon, designed by Bob Henley, features treatments like massage and hydrotherapy, while the fitness center at Racquet Park offers cardio equipment, an indoor lap pool, and classes. The resort also boasts more than 7 miles of nature trails, a top-rated children's program, and diverse dining options, including the Verandah for seafood and Marché Burette for Southern-style fare.

The eight-story, 402-room hotel primarily serves meeting groups but also attracts vacationers seeking convenience, offering room service, a lobby lounge, and two restaurants. Located behind the dunes along a 3-mile beach, each room features a full-width balcony with sweeping Atlantic views. Alternatively, guests can choose from various 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom villas throughout the resort, including oceanfront options, Racquet Park, and wooded neighborhoods. All villas are individually owned and decorated, offering diverse styles and amenities.

The resort is open year-round, with lower rates in the winter, ideal for golf or tennis, though the Atlantic may be too cold for swimming. Amelia Island is 29 miles from Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), which is served by major airlines.
