Travel Club Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

The Travel Club, operated by Courtside Guide in partnership with Tennis Resorts Online, provides exclusive travel discounts, resort offers, and partner benefits to registered members. By joining, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership Fees & Billing

  • The membership fee is $199 annually.
  • Membership fees are recurring and billed annually.
  • All fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment or renewal.
  • Renewal fees will be automatically charged unless membership is canceled according to our Cancellation Policy.

3. Travel Club 30-Day Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident about joining the Travel Club. That’s why we offer a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy on your membership fee.

If, within the first 30 days of your membership, you decide the Travel Club isn’t right for you, simply contact us and we will issue a full refund.

Important Notes:

  • The refund policy applies only if no Travel Club discounts, codes, or partner offers have been accessed or redeemed during the membership period. This applies to all categories of the Travel Club Member Benefits.
  • Once you access any of the member-only areas (including Travel Deals, Partner Resorts, Privilege Partners, and the like), your membership is considered active and non-refundable.
  • For Partner Resorts, all requests are routed through our Travel Club team, who coordinate directly with our resort partners. Any request forwarded to our resort partners on your behalf counts as a redeemed benefit.
  • For Partner Brands, many of our exclusive discounts are offered through special partnerships. We are able to monitor redemptions, and any use of a discount link or referral code will make the membership ineligible for a refund.
  • The Travel Club reserves the right to review redemption activity if refund misuse is suspected and may refuse a refund if any benefit redemption is confirmed.
  • After the initial 30-day period, all membership fees are non-refundable.

We’ve designed this policy to keep things fair, giving our new valued members peace of mind while also protecting the integrity of our exclusive discounts and partnerships.

4. Travel Club Membership Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of your Travel Club membership at any time. However, to ensure you are not charged for the next billing cycle, your cancellation request must be received at least 30 days before your renewal date.

  • Your membership will remain active until the end of your current paid term.
  • No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of your membership.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable once a renewal has been processed, as the 30-day refund policy applies only to first-time memberships.

This policy ensures you have the flexibility to manage your membership while keeping our renewal process clear and fair. 

5. Travel Club Membership Transfer Policy

Travel Club memberships are non-transferable. All benefits, discounts, and offers are tied exclusively to the individual account holder and cannot be shared, assigned, or transferred to another person.

This policy ensures the integrity of our exclusive benefits and keeps them reserved for registered members only.

6. Travel Club Membership Usage Policy

Travel Club discounts, codes, and offers are exclusively for the personal use of the registered member. Members may also use benefits for their immediate family and travel companions (e.g., spouse, children, or family members traveling together), but benefits cannot be extended beyond this group.

Reselling, transferring, or distributing discounts, codes, or offers for profit – whether online, in person, or through third-party platforms – is strictly prohibited. Such misuse is considered a violation of the Travel Club Membership Agreement and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

In addition, members found engaging in fraudulent or abusive activity may be restricted from accessing future Travel Club benefits and may also be banned from partner programs. The Travel Club reserves the right to review activity and take further action where necessary.

7. Travel Club Benefit Changes and Updates
The Travel Club, Courtside Guide, Tennis Resorts Online, and their affiliated entities are committed to bringing members the best possible value. From time to time, the specific benefits, discounts, or partner offers available through membership may be updated. This may include adding exciting new partners and perks, or adjustments to existing offers. In some cases, changes may occur outside our control, such as a partner discontinuing their participation or adjusting the discount offered. These changes are the sole responsibility of the partner.

If there are any significant updates or adjustments that may affect your benefits, we will notify you via email or through the member portal. While individual benefits may change, our goal is always to ensure that membership continues to deliver exceptional overall value.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Travel Club, Courtside Guide, Tennis Resorts Online, and their affiliated entities reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of membership benefits constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
